Admissions 2026–27 — Last Date for Class I–VIII Applications
Applications for the April 2026 intake (Class I to VIII) close on 30 April 2026. Incomplete applications will not be processed after this date. Contact the City Office at Survey, Beltola for submission assistance.
Term 1 Fee Payment — Due Date 30 April 2026
Term 1 (April–August 2026) tuition fees are due by 30 April 2026. A late fee of ₹200 per week will be applied after the due date. Fee receipts are available from the accounts office, Monday–Saturday, 9 am to 2 pm.
Class X & XII Pre-Board Schedule — May 2026
Pre-Board examinations for Class X and Class XII will be held from 4–18 May 2026. Detailed timetables have been issued to students. Students are advised to collect their admit cards from the office by 28 April 2026. No student will be permitted to sit the Pre-Board without a valid admit card.
New Academic Year Begins — April 2026
The 2026–27 academic year commences on 1 April 2026 for all classes. Orientation for new students and parents will be held on 2 April 2026 at 10:00 am in the school auditorium. All students must carry their identity cards from the first day.
School Holiday — Bohag Bihu (14–15 April 2026)
The school will be closed on 14 and 15 April 2026 on account of Bohag Bihu (Assamese New Year). Regular classes resume on 16 April 2026. Boarding students may go home from 13 April (after last period) and must return by 15 April (by 8 pm).
Scholarship Applications Open — 2026–27
Applications for merit-based and need-based scholarships for the 2026–27 academic year are now open. Forms are available at the school office and online at the Scholarships page. Deadline for submission is 15 May 2026. Learn more →
Annual Examination Results — Class III to IX
Annual examination results for Class III through Class IX will be distributed at the Parent-Teacher Meeting on 25 March 2026. All parents are requested to attend. Report cards will not be issued in absentia — parents must collect in person or send a written authorisation.
