Our early years campus is located in the heart of the city at Survey, Beltola, Guwahati. It serves children from Preparatory (age 3) through KG — a nurturing, purpose-built environment for the youngest learners.

What classes are admissions open for?
Admissions are open for all classes from Kindergarten (LKG) through Class XII, subject to seat availability. New academic-year seats are released each October for the following session.
What is the age requirement for Kindergarten?
A child must be at least 3 years old as of 1 April of the year of admission for LKG, and at least 4 years old for UKG.
Is there an entrance test?
Classes Kindergarten to Class II admit students through an informal interaction — no written test. From Class III onwards, applicants sit a short written assessment in English and Maths, followed by a personal interaction with the academic coordinator.
Does Axel offer boarding for all classes?
Boarding is currently available for boys and girls from Class XI and XII. Day-scholar enrolment is open for all classes from Kindergarten to Class XII.
What documents are needed at the time of admission?
You will need the student's birth certificate, previous school report card (Class I and above), Transfer Certificate from the previous school, two passport-size photographs, and a valid address proof for the parent or guardian.
Is there a mid-year admission option?
Mid-year admissions are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on seat availability and the student's academic standing. Contact the admissions office directly to check current availability.
Does Axel offer scholarships or fee concessions?
Merit-based and need-based fee concessions are available. Exceptional students in academics, sports, or the performing arts may be considered for partial scholarships. Speak to the admissions coordinator for details.
What is the medium of instruction?
The medium of instruction is English throughout all classes. Assamese and Hindi are taught as compulsory second and third languages as per the CBSE curriculum.
How do I visit the campus before applying?
