Axel Public School makes the following declarations as required under CBSE bye-laws and applicable Indian law.
Non-discrimination
Axel Public School admits students without distinction of caste, creed, race, religion, gender or sexual orientation. The school does not collect any capitation fee, donation, or any other fee over and above what is notified in the published fee structure.
No capitation fee
In accordance with CBSE affiliation bye-laws and the Right to Education Act 2009, Axel Public School confirms that it does not charge any capitation fee at any stage of admission or during the course of study. All dues are specified in the fee structure document and approved by the management.
Grievance redressal
A formal grievance redressal mechanism is in place for parents, students and staff. Complaints may be submitted in writing to the Principal at the campus address or by e-mail to info@axelpublicschool.org. For CBSE compliance matters, write to axelpublicschool230102@gmail.com. All complaints are acknowledged within five working days.
Anti-ragging commitment
Axel Public School maintains a zero-tolerance policy against ragging in any form. The school complies with UGC regulations on curbing the menace of ragging (as adapted for school-level application under CBSE guidelines). Any instance of bullying or ragging is investigated immediately and appropriate disciplinary action is taken.
POCSO & child safety
All staff members have undergone background verification. The school complies with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 (POCSO). A designated Child Protection Officer is appointed. Any concern regarding child safety must be reported immediately to the Principal or the CPO.
RTI (Right to Information)
As a school affiliated to CBSE, a central government board, information requests under the Right to Information Act 2005 applicable to CBSE matters should be directed to CBSE's designated Public Information Officer. School-level information may be requested by writing to the Principal.
