Academic excellence

CBSE Board Results

Axel Public School has maintained a 100% pass rate in CBSE Class X and Class XII board examinations throughout its history. Students regularly score distinctions in Mathematics, Science and English. Several students have achieved subject toppers' recognition at the regional level.

Science & Mathematics Olympiads

Axel students consistently qualify for national rounds of the National Science Olympiad (NSO), International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) and Science Talent Search Examination (STSE). Olympiad preparation is embedded in the regular curriculum from Class VI — not offered as separate coaching.

JEE & NEET Results

Through the integrated PhysicsWallah partnership, Axel students in the Science stream have secured admissions to IITs, NITs, AIIMS and leading medical colleges across India. Our graduates include doctors, engineers and researchers who credit their foundation at Axel for their success.

Technology & AI

Class VIII AI projects have been submitted to national competitions — including a crop disease detection model and a local language translation system. Axel's robotics teams have been finalists at the Guwahati Inter-School Robotics League for three consecutive years.

Sports achievements

Cricket

Several Axel alumni have represented Assam at Under-19 and senior Ranji Trophy level. The school's cricket academy produces disciplined, technically sound cricketers who are regularly scouted by district and state selectors.

Swimming

Axel swimmers have represented Assam at the National School Games and Sub-Junior Nationals. The school's 25-metre pool and Level-3 certified coaching staff create a competitive environment that produces state-level athletes.

Archery

Medal winners at the National School Games in Recurve events. One of the strongest school archery programmes in Northeast India, with a SAI-affiliated coach who has developed multiple state-representative athletes.

Football

Two-time Guwahati District Schools Football Championship winners. Regular participants in state-level inter-school football competitions. Several alumni have gone on to play at district and state level for Assam.

Badminton

Axel badminton players have reached state-level junior finals. The school's indoor courts and dedicated coaching have produced players who continue to compete in club and state tournaments after leaving school.

NCC

Axel NCC cadets have represented Assam at the Republic Day parade in New Delhi. The NCC programme at Axel has consistently produced cadets who go on to serve in the Indian Armed Forces and civil services.

What our alumni say

★★★★★

"The foundation in science at Axel made NEET preparation manageable. The subject specialists who taught me in Class VI already had me thinking like a scientist. I'm now in my third year at AIIMS."

★★★★★

"I learned Python at Axel in Class VI. By the time I got to college, I was the only first-year who already had a portfolio of real projects. My Class VIII AI project became the foundation for my undergraduate thesis."
